Children are welcome here. Let us know they’re coming when you plan your visit and we’ll help you get them settled.
Spirit-filled worship, a practical message from God’s Word, and a church family glad you came. Come as you are.
Wherever you join us, you’ll find the same warm welcome — and a seat saved for you.
I walked in on a Sunday I almost stayed home. By the second week they knew my name. By the second month, I wasn’t a visitor anymore — I was home.
Each month we sit down with someone from our church family to hear how God met them at The River — the season they were in, the people who showed up, and what’s changed since.
The expression of our faith extends beyond the sanctuary — through compassion, connection, service, and the love of Christ.
Through ministry visits, fellowship, and relationships with churches across Charlotte, we celebrate the shared work of advancing God’s Kingdom in our city.
Each summer, our church family and community come together for a day of joy, fellowship, and connection.
Every October — worship, biblical teaching, and Kingdom-centered fellowship.
Serving neighbors experiencing homelessness and meeting people where they are.
People have always gathered at the river — to be refreshed, to share life, to meet God. That’s what we pray The River is for you: a place where someone saved you a seat.
Whether this is your first Sunday or your five-hundredth, we’re so glad you’re here. Come as you are.
Pick a day and we’ll have a seat saved and someone ready to greet you.
Someone from our welcome team will reach out personally before you arrive.
